To ensure industrial quality and fabric consistency, our strict MOQ is 50 pieces per color/style.

Note: Orders below 50 pieces are acceptable, but additional fixed setup costs will be shared across the unit price.

What are your payment terms?

For samples: 100% upfront.

For bulk production: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment.

What payment methods do you support?

We accept PayPalcredit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), wire transfer (T/T), and Klarna (Europe) / ACH (US).

How long does sample making take?

Normally 7–10 days. For urgent requests, we can finish within 72 hours (fastest).

Note: Finished time may be longer for complex materials or craftsmanship.

What is the typical lead time for bulk production?

After sample approval, bulk production typically takes 15–30 days, depending on order complexity and factory load. Rush orders are available upon prior consultation.

Note: For urgent projects,we finish 500 units in 7 working days, and 2,000 units in just 10 working days.

Do you offer custom labels and tags?

Yes. We provide full private label services, including custom woven labels, hang tags, care labels, and even poly bags — all printed with your brand logo.

Can I add my own logo to the garments?

Yes. We support embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, silicone patches, and more. The best method depends on the garment style and fabric.

Can I customize fabric color and composition?

Yes, with certain MOQ requirements. We offer custom dyeing services and can source specific blends based on your request. Please contact us for details.

How do you ensure product quality?

We have a multi‑step quality control system: raw material inspection, in‑line production checks, and final inspection before shipment. Stitching samples are reviewed before bulk production begins.

How can I track my order status?

We provide regular production status reports, typically bi‑weekly or as you request. Bulk production photos and videos are also available upon request.

What if there is a quality issue with my order?

Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt. For any manufacturing defects (e.g., poor seams, print errors), send clear photos and details — we will re‑produce and ship the equivalent quantity at no cost, or issue a refund based on mutual agreement.

Can I arrange a third-party inspection before shipment?

Yes. We welcome third‑party inspections from agencies such as SGS, Intertek, or BV before shipment. The inspection must be arranged upon production completion, and costs are negotiable.

I’m ordering for a school or club — how do you charge for designs?

We charge a one‑time setup/engraving fee (typically USD 50–150) for new print or embroidery designs. The fee is non‑refundable, but subsequent re‑orders are charged at a reduced or waived rate once you meet a certain quantity threshold.

What is the best file format to get an accurate quote and start production?

A professional tech pack (with detailed size specs, construction notes, and materials) is best. If you don’t have one, clear product photos with measurements and simple sketches are also acceptable — we can help develop the tech pack together.
