We have a multi‑step quality control system: raw material inspection, in‑line production checks, and final inspection before shipment. Stitching samples are reviewed before bulk production begins.

Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt. For any manufacturing defects (e.g., poor seams, print errors), send clear photos and details — we will re‑produce and ship the equivalent quantity at no cost, or issue a refund based on mutual agreement.
Yes. We welcome third‑party inspections from agencies such as SGS, Intertek, or BV before shipment. The inspection must be arranged upon production completion, and costs are negotiable.
We charge a one‑time setup/engraving fee (typically USD 50–150) for new print or embroidery designs. The fee is non‑refundable, but subsequent re‑orders are charged at a reduced or waived rate once you meet a certain quantity threshold.
A professional tech pack (with detailed size specs, construction notes, and materials) is best. If you don’t have one, clear product photos with measurements and simple sketches are also acceptable — we can help develop the tech pack together.
